Programs at St. Francis Youth Ministry

St. Francis offers a number of programs inside CYM that interest youth. Our objective is to create an environment where all youth can find a way to share their gifts with God and others. So look around and see if there is anything you might be interested in taking part in.

CYM

Our regular Sunday night faith formation gatherings meets Sunday nights from 6:30pm - 8:00pm in the parish center following the 5:30pm Mass from September to May. In this faith filled and trusting environment youth are able to openly share their thoughts with their peers while they learn more about their faith as Catholics and help build their personal relationship with God. Games, snacks, and community are all offered within the confines of this discussion based format!

Teen Bible Study

This bible study group held over the summer is open to those youth who are seeking a better understanding of the holy scripture and how it works in their lives. Both challenging, fun, and informative this group is for both the novice and the experienced scripture scholar. It is a great companion to the faith building and catechesis offered through CYM.

Drama Program - The Troubadours

This rotating assortment of students can be found working on their one act play for the annual Diocesan competition or preparing for their summer stock theatre that we hope will become a traditional occurrence. Always needing actors, tech crew, and adult guidance alike there is something for everyone in this fun and faith filled program.
